I. Prices, durations, renewal...
  1. How much does a personal site with a gallery of photographs and a golden guests book cost ?
    The price is different if you choose a DruidList with 10 photographs or with 100 photographs.
    Similarly, a DruidList price will change according to the date of your event: a DruidList event that takes place in 3 years will be more expensive than one that takes place in 6 months.Here are the prices, according to the number of photographs and the date of the event: Prices
  2. Is there any kind of advertising upon the personnal web sites ?
    No! No advertising will appear upon the personnal web sites because there is none, that's all.
  3. How much does the renewal of my DruidList cost?
    As for the creation of a DruidList, it depends on how many photographs your current DruidList is allowed and on how long the prolongation will be.
    But be sure it is really not expensive...
  4. I have just received an email, that says my DruidList will expire soon.
    Indeed, a week before your Druid list expiry, you will receive an email thanking you for having trusted Druid List. In this email you will find a link which will enable you, if you wish it, to prolong your Druid list for one month to one year.
    Before each expiry you will be given the possibility of renewing your site, and so allowing your guest to leave you more messages and to look at your updated photographs.
  5. My DruidList will expire in more than 6 months but I would already like to renew it, what can I do ?
    For instance, in order to prolong your DruidList, it must expire in less than 6 months. At this time and if you believe you need to prolong it, you will be able to do it.
    Be certain that if you do not wait your DruidList's expiry to prolong it, no one else but you will be able to reserv your DruidList name.
  6. What will happen to my DruidList after its expiration ?
    If you did not renew your DruidList before its scratch date, in spite of the email pointing out this expiration date to you, your DruidList is automatically deleted, and your DruidList's name of site becomes available again for any other person.
    So, before this expiry we recommend to you to think about printing your golden guests book, but also your guests list in order to thank them for their presence.
    We also recommend to you to export your guests list, if you wish one day to use another DruidList for another event, so you won't have to seize the whole guests list again.


II. Problems you can meet...
  1. I lost my password, what can I do ?
    You will find on the DruidList home page a link allowing you to recover your password by email, while answering some questions.
  2. I both lost my password and forgot my email address, what can I do ?
    This is often what I hear from people trying to obtain an unauthorized access!
  3. I changed my email, what should I do ?
    You just have to log into your DruidList admin console using your password, and then change your email address in the "Password & Email"" page through the "Options" menu.
  4. One (or more) of my guests lost his identifier, how can I find it ?
    You can find the identifier of all your guests in your DruidList admin console, from the "Print guests id" page through the "Guests" menu.
    You must respect strictly the letters' breakage: the capital letters and the tiny ones belong to the identifier, so that nobody can usurp the identity of your guests.
  5. Some people leave me unwanted anonymous messages on my Golden guests book, what can I do ?
    Start by changing the generic identifier of our DruidList from your admin console, it was probably given to too many people!
    In order to change it, log into your admin console and from the "Change security" page through the "Security" menu, you can change the generic identifier.Once this is done, you can go and delete the unwanted messages.
    Be careful, the deleted messages cannot be recovered!
  6. Are the web sites accessible permanently?
    We do our best in order for the web sites to be up 24 hour a day, 7 days a week all the year.
    However maintenance intervals, for evolutions and/or bug corrections, are planned every week, at 06h30 am on monday, Paris time. These interventions are not systematic and last on average less than two minutes.


III. Using your DruidList (gallery of photographs, golden guests book, admin console,...)
  1. How can I manage my Druid list so it looks like no other ?
    Some part of your DruidList can be personalized, from your admin console.
    For instance you can change the photograph appearing a the top left of the screen, choose your main title. You can also write a welcome note, specify your gifts list, and comment each photograph in the gallery.
    Soon you will be able to select from different themes for your DruidList (colors, texts size...).
  2. What is my password used for ?
    Your password, given to you during the creation of your DruidList, allows an access to the admin console of your DruidList web site.
    Only this password can grant an access to your admin console.
    The admin console is where you will manage your guests, photographs, goldne guests book, gifts list...
  3. How can I change my password ?
    Log into your admin console, then from the "Password & email" page through the "Security" menu, you will be able to change your password.
    Be careful and don't choose a too simple password (like a name or surname) otherwise you are likely to get your DruidList web site destroyed (changed photographs, erased messages, etc.)...
    We remind to you that Druide Liste SARL cannot be held responsible for the degradations carried out starting from your admin console.
    Moreover, as a person in charge for the contents of your DruidList web site, you could be prosecuted if the Terms Of Service were not observed.
  4. I would like that only my guests can access my DruidList web site, what can I do ?
    The best thing to do is to turn your DruidList security on.
    Log into your admin console, then from the "Change security" page through the "Security" menu, you will be able to turn security on.
    Once this is done, only guests with valid identifiers will be able to browse your DruidList web site.
    Moreover you can define a generic identifier, in order to authorize uninvited peolpe to log in and browse your DruidList web site.
  5. How does the gallery of photographs work ?
    You have choosen the max number of photograph you can have when you first reserved your DruidList.
    To add some photographs you have to log into your admin console and from the "Add photographs" page through the "Gallery" menu you will be able to upload photographs.
    Each photograph file musn't be over 300 Ko and must be a JPG, BMP, GF, PNG or TIF format.
    You can select one of your photograph to appear at the top left of your DruidList.
    Moreover you can add a comment for each photograph in your gallery.When your guests will visit your DruidList web site, they will be able to see your photographs and their comment.
  6. Can I change the maximum number of photographs in my gallery after the creation of my DruidList ?
    Not yet but we are working on it...
  7. Can we just put any kind of photographs into the gallery ?
    Of course but some kind of photographs are forbidden by Law. The best thing to do is to refer the Terms Of Services.
  8. What do I do if I have very personal photographs in my Gallery and I don't want everybody to see them ?
    Log into your admin console, then from the "Change security" page through the "Security" menu, you will be able to turn on your DruidList security.
    This way, only people with a valid identifier will be able to browse your DruidList web site.
    Moreover you can define a generic identifier, in order to authorize uninvited peolpe to log in and browse your DruidList web site.
  9. How does the golden guests book work ?
    When people are browsing your DruidList, they can leave a message on your GuestBook.
    Only people with a valid identifier (guests or person having the generic identifier) can leave a message, but everyone can see them, except if your DruidList security is activated.
    Only the administrator of a particular DruidList knows whom wrote a message other people don't, except if the message says it of course.
  10. What do I do if I have very personal messages in my golden guests book and I don't want everybody to see them ?
    Log into your admin console, then from the "Change security" page through the "Security" menu, you will be able to turn on your DruidList security.
    This way, only people with a valid identifier will be able to browse your DruidList web site.
    Moreover you can define a generic identifier, in order to authorize uninvited peolpe to log in and browse your DruidList web site.
  11. Some uninvited people wish to write a message on my golden guests book, is it possible ?
    Log into your admin console, then from the "Change security" page through the "Security" menu, you will be able to define a generic identifier.
    Then you only have to communicate this identifier to those uninvited people so they can leave you messages in your golden guests book.
  12. Is there a way to delete some embarrassing messages from my golden guests book ?
    Just log in your admin console browse your golden guests book and delete the unwanted messages.
    Be careful, the deleted messages cannot be recovered!
  13. What if, a guest wants to modify a message written in the golden guests book ?
    The best thing to do is to delete their old message inside the admin console, and ask them to rewrite their message.
  14. My DruidList will expire soon, how can I keep a record of my golden guests book ?
    Log into your admin console, then from the "Golden guests book" page, you will be able to choose "Print golden guests book".
    Then you will get a PDF file containing your golden guests book ready to print (and or save to your hard drive disk).
    Anyway, when your DruidList will expire, you will receive an email containing your golden guests book.


IV. Guests management...
  1. How does the guests list work ?
    Your DruidList primarily goal is to manage your guests presence.
    Log into your admin console and choose the "Guests" menu, and click on the "Add guests" link.
    Once there you can start adding guests, gathered by announcement. Each announcement will have a unique identifier.
    Once all your guests have been seized, you can communicate to your guests their respective identifier. And as soon as a guest will answer your annoucement on your DruidList web site, you will receive an email telling you a guest has answered.
    Each time you will log into your admin console, you will immediately know how many guests are present, absent or hasn't answered yet.
  2. One of my guest has lost his identifier, how can he get it back ?
    You can find all your guests identifiers into your admin console, following the link "Print identifiers" in the "Guests" menu.
    Don't forget to respect the identifier's breakage: the capital letters and the tiny ones belong to the identifier.
  3. Is it possible to start (or stop) receiving an email each time a guest answers to my announcement ?
    Just log into your admin console, and from the "Change security" page through the "Security" menu you can select wether you want to receive an email or not.
  4. How can I update the guests list of when they answer my announcement without going on my web site?
    Undoubtly, all your guests won't answer on your DruidList web site, some of them will probably use a classical way (phone, mail...).
    In this case you just have to log into your admin console, and from the guests lists you just have to find the guests and just answer for them.
  5. What happens if some guests want to answer after the answer's limit date?
    The answer's limit date is only there as an indication. After this date, your guests can still go on your DruidList web site and answer your announcement.
  6. I would like to use a DruidList for my next event but I don't want to seize my whole guests list again, what can I do?
    There is an option to export your actual guests list to a file, in order to imoprt it later.
    Log into your admin console, and from the "Export guests list" page through the "Guests" menu, You will be able to download a file containing your complete guests list without the presences information.
    Later for your next event, you will ony have to import your guests list", delete some and add new ones...
